Two years ago we noticed a large amount of water in the crankcase and took it to the dealer. They determined the block was cracked and replaced it at the tune of almost $4,000.Nov 20, 2005. I have a 2000 honda 130 hp outboard and I need to take the tilt and trim out to have it rebuilt. Took off the tilt and trim but its behind the motor bracket supports. They tell me I need to unloosen one of the sides. I have but still can't get the bracket to move to give space for the tilt trim to be removed.
