The stock manifold seems too low since it’s hitting the engine. Does anybody have a good recommendation for an after market intake manifold. It’s one piece, so no more condensation dripping from the bike at start-up. Also, with this larger pipe and how it’s routed, I can do oil changes easier ( Boom Vader 125 Oil Change (Stock Motorcycle Exhaust). ) without removing the exhaust piping to drain the oil. How to break in boom Vader? I have break in oil and can't find much info online and for normal motor cycles it says stay in 4th gear and just speed up and slow down for 20 minutes than let it cool down and go up in rpm so if anyone can lmk if that's right I'd really appreciate it bc my Vader is going to be here in a few hours. 1.Yes it was a pita. I can see why they use the smaller bolt though. The weld from the swingarm bushing area doesn't give much space for wide (shoulder) bolt or nut. In fact you can't even get the bolt/nut in there with the swingarm on. I used my jack to slightly get it out of the way enough to get my nut on.
