38 weeks and 2-3cm dilated . Hi everyone, I'm super excited to find out today that I'm 2-3cm dilated already, and the baby is really low and it was easy for the doc to touch her head. She said that doesn't necessarily mean labor is going to kickstart right away. Curious what others' experiences were!With my first, I was 3cm and 70% effaced for a full month before going into labor.
