Astro command center not detecting a40 mixamp
Astro Command Center doesn't detect the new mixamp Pro TR. Tech. I was lucky enough to grab a new Astro 2nd gen A40 TR and mixamp set, However, Astro Command Center doesn't detect the new mixamp so I can't configure anything. I have been using old mixamp TR for 3 years and it works fine with the newest Astro Command Center. Just got A40 TR's delivered today and cannot get the command center to recognize the mixamp on PC/Windows 10. I used the USB cable that it came with, have it set to PC mode, have restarted computer and unplugged/plugged back in 100 times. I even tried a different USB to micro USB cable and same result. How common are faulty units?
