If you want good carry pieces for concealed self defense, the 19 or 30 are great choices. If you want something for the trail, the 30 or the 20 get the nod, with a preference for the 30. I have the non-SF versions of all three handguns, and they are all highly reliable.The G30 gen3, G30SF gen3 & G30S have the same factory grip texture. The gen4 G30SF has a different grip texture. The Gen3 G30, gen3 30SF & Gen4 G30SF have the same slide. The G30S has the skinniest slide out of all of them. All are great shooters with pinpoint accuracy (dependent on the shooter). All can take the G21 mags.
