If you get an Airopro battery and a Lokee Hyde 510 battery, then you can use the small adapter that comes with the Lokee Hyde to use regular 510 carts with the Airopro battery! I just keep the little adapters I have in the included bag for the charging cable, and I keep that in the included case for the Airopro battery and carts.
