ep2789. • 1 mo. ago. If you filed concurrently (ie I-140 and I-485 together) your case is sent to Texas or Nebraska Service Centers for adjudication of the I-140. After the I-140 is approved case goes back to NBC for routing. Eventually it will end up at your local FO or somewhere else if they decide to load balance.Not sure whether this makes a difference on to which service center/field office the case is transferred, mine in employment-based EB1-C and I filed I-140, I-485, I-765 & I-131 concurrently in July 2021, and my I-140 got approved earlier this month from Nebraska.
