Jera is immensely powerful in the hands of a good player and can be used to break the game under the right circumstances. You unlock Jera by completing the High Brow Challenge which is unlocked by default. Unlock the Blank Card. To unlock Blank Card you need to beat Isaac in the Cathedral as Eden. You unlock Eden by beating Moms Heart and to get more Eden tokens you have to beat moms heart or it lives again. (Optional) Get the D6 for Isaac. Use Blank Card on a battery to get two batteries. Go refill blank card, use it on the two batteries to get four, eat one to refill Jera, then use it to double the three left to get six, rinse and repeat.
