I'm stuck in Port-In Hell. 7 days and no progress. I ported in my Metro number last Friday, and apparently Mint has an entirely separate TMO office that handles transfers Mint agents can't speak to, that I can't speak to, and will only respond to Mint agents via comments on a ticketing system, sometimes taking up to 17 hours to respond. Just use your old sim card until it stops working. once its stopped working your new Mint sim card should be active. Unless you Transferred after canceling your old plan with your previous provider (which isn't advised cause it can cause problems). Also Mint even says it takes up to 48 hours to transfer your number.
