The mall is also pretty cool, but big enough to get respawning zombies in it. IMO, respawning zombies don't really work with the idea of clearing the place out, ala Dawn of the Dead.To me I think it's a government facility that may actually contain secrets underground. The back of the building has an elevator that cannot be used (at the moment) and that might potentially be where all the secret stuff there is.
