Amazon never took out my UPT. I had 10 hours of UPT and was feeling really bad so i took half a day off, I go to check my UPT balance and it’s still at 10 hours and it’s been a week and passed that pay period. HR excused time for me the other day and I’m wondering if they never put it back to normal?No, you will not get in trouble. You can use upt for 3 days in a row you just need to actually put the request off in A to Z instead of waiting for the automatic withdraw. As long as your have the hours to use in the frist place, don't go negative and don't try to use upt for 3 days off in a row (they will fire you if you do fyi) their shouldn ...Others go negative 1 (prior to the upt change) and get canned. It really depends. I've gone negative like 8 times, most were covered with pto by me with the atoz app, but I've been written up twice for the times I couldn't cover it. I'm on my final write up now, but it only sticks around for 90 days.

I accumulated 151 negative hours. Was too lazy to officially quit. Stopped going in, assuming they would just fire me. I got a email a couple weeks ago.
