Shot my first 300WM out of my R700 XCR Tactical today (26" 1:10 twist), and tried various loads of RL22 and H1000 with 208AMAXs. The best load was 76.0, seated to 3.62". I only had 3shots but they were all touching. This was out of Winchester Case with Fed LR Mag Primers.190gr. Spitzer 3.330" 0.286. CC190gr. HPBT 3.330" 0.286 83 .2. POWDER MUZZLE VEL. Barnes factory 165 ammo shoots very accurately as well, but 100 FPS slower. So far I have only killed a Texas Dall (208 yards) and a coyote (180+ yards), but it performed flawless on both. I was able to get out and do some velocity tests with the Staball HD yesterday in the 300 RUM. With a 190 gr ABLR and 91 grains of powder muzzle velocity was 3030fps.
